Authorize audit of LGWCC books

Authorize completion of and filing of LGWCC tax return

Report from ethics committee

New Business:

Adopt a conflict of interest policy that complies with NC General Statute 143-6.2(b1) which requires such a policy must be filed before the state department or agency may disburse any grant funds.

Authorize the president or the Treasurer of the Lake Gaston Weed Control Council to sign the contract and paperwork with the State of North Carolina. Several other forms need to be signed as well.

Authorize the President, Treasurer or Secretary to sign paperwork for the Lake Gaston Weed Control Council

Discussion of possible funding source.

Set the date for the next LGWCC meeting

Such other business for the good of the organization
